Shipping:
We ship only within the contiguous US with the exception of Florida! We cannot ship live roaches to Florida, and any orders for the state will be cancelled!
All live cockroach orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail, which generally deliver within 2-4 days. We ship Monday-Thursday, and generally ship orders on the next business day. For example, an order placed on Monday would be shipped Tuesday, and an order placed Friday-Sunday would be shipped Monday.
There may be times when we must delay shipping due to weather or other conditions outside of our control. If this happens, we will notify you, and you will always receive a notification when your order ships.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Once USPS has the box, the date and time of delivery is out of our control. Please check your tracking number for estimated delivery date and time when your box ships.
SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please make sure the shipping address is correct on your order. We will ship to the address on your order so if that is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible, and changing it once it has shipped is impossible.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee live arrival. We include a generous overage to cover small amounts of deaths that may happen during shipping. If losses are in excess, and we are contacted about this within 2 hours of the time of delivery, we will replace the roaches that did not make it.
Live Arrival Requirements:
- Notify us at orders@fearnotfeeders.com about the deaths within 2 hours of the time of delivery.
- Send a photograph of the living and dead roaches together within 2 hours of the time of delivery.
- If your temperatures are over 70 or under 50 we suggest watching tracking carefully so your roaches are not left in a hot mailbox or on a hot porch for very long.
